I’m So Tired Of . . .

My blog double is sad.

1)  Lack of sleep.

2) Chronic fatigue, even when I get sufficient sleep.

3) Arthritis and other reasons for shoulder. Taking 10 minutes to ever so slowly my arms back into place without causing blinding pain.

4) Not having my neural system work well enough without a tiny, tiny bit of food seep out one corner of my mouth.

5) ”        ”   so I don’t wobble when walking, especially when tired.

6) Being negative. I don’t like being like that. But that what I am. I don’t know whether its genetics, over awareness of what’s happening out there. Or maybe it’s home grown.

7) of trying so hard to respect and be empathetic to everyone, then in one moment inadvertently making people hate me for all eternity.

8) religion be used as a way to legitimize hatred of despised groups.

9) of having empathy being classified as a sin.

10) of having allergies.

11) of dropping food because I fingers don’t always work as they should.

12) sometimes taking minutes to put on my shirt.

13) my eyes not working well together.

14) of having reading being a struggle. It’s hard to keep my place.

15) how far our country has come from, “Ask not what your country can do for you, rather ask what you can do for your country.”

16) having the precepts stated in the Beatitudes being labeled as “woke.”

17) having our democratic priniciples being eroded in favor of corruption and bullying.

18) of having to use a CPAP machines with nasal pillows to counter severe sleep apnea.

19) straying so far from worshiping God and obeying his commandments in favor using him as muscle.

20) so much drama in my life in the world out there.

21) driving with so many horrible and aggressive drivers out there.

22) mostly low level, but continual, headaches, neck and lower back pain.

Oh, I can’t go  on.

I’m sorry that this is not funny at all. Usually, I can be funny. I shudder to think about my general outlook if I had a sense of humor.

Take care.

You Need to See a Clean Bean

This has been a tough few days for me, full of massive headaches, eternal other pains, and dark forboding. I imagine it’s been the same for much of the country. If only our country could take one pain pill. It would have to be big; we have over 300 million heads. Likewise the size of the glass of the water needed to wash down the pill would have to be huge as well, perhaps the size of the Empire State Building

What can we do to ease our headaches?

By doing something to make us happy, something to make us better people.

Being clean makes us happy. And cleanliness is next to godliness. And who doesn’t desire that?

We get clean by taking showers. But what if we’re unhappy at work? What if we’re sad several times a day? We certainly can’t take twenty showers a day.

So, what can we do? We look at something that’s clean.

We must gaze at something that is as clean as a bean. What is as clean as that?

A BEAN!

Things I Haven’t Done In Years

My stunt double

1) Wake up rested.

2) Go the entire day without a headache.

3) Feel bursts of energy.

4) Feel a burst of energy.

5) Go the entire day without a backache.

6) Go any length of time without a headache.

7) Go any length of time without a backache.

8) Be able to read easily.

9) For any length of time. (Not only are my eyes nearsighted, but they don’t work together well.)

10) Keep calm when someone says mean things. I just can’t shrug it off.

11)  Accepted serenely the comment, “Don’t get upset.”

12) Go an entire day without dropping things.

13) Do simple manual tasks quickly and easily. Buttoning a shirt can take minutes. (Possibly from neurological problems.)

14) Go the entire day without feeling depressed, about my health, the future of American democracy, the world and just ‘cuz.

15) Not cough. I manage to generate lots of phlegm, perhaps because I have allergies or perhaps just because I’m me.

15) Go the entire without losing my cool because of 1) to 15) and because I’m somewhat Asberger.

Some days I can handle life. Some days I can’t.

I’m sorry that this post isn’t funny at all.

Please send pictures of kittens, puppies, and bunnies. Thank you. I love you all.

TIDBITS

1) Rosemary has long been held to improve memory.

2) Rosemary was sometimes worn at the wedding ceremony to remind the happy couple to always remember their wedding vows and to bring good luck. At funerals, it meant the living would always recall the dearly departed.

3) The Chinese used rosemary to get rid of headaches and cure baldness.

4) Rosemary has long been held to improve memory.

5) The Greeks thought rosemary could aid the liver and improve digestion.

6) In the wonderful British television series, “All Creatures Great and Small,” the main characters wax ecstatic over the prospect of having rosemary added to lamb. This is the only time out of more than a hundred episodes that they ever mention a spice or a herb.

7) Rosermary branches were used in Medieval Europe to combat the plague.

8) Rosemary is a safe herb for “brown thumbs” to grow.

9) Rosemary is connected with the Virgin Mary. Their flowers obtain their color from the shawl Mary placed over the shrub.
