Loving Poem About Baseball and the Time Space Continuum

I practiced baseball
with my son yesterday,
I hit a ball so high
that it never came down.
Oh dear, I think
I’ve destroyed the
time-space continuum.

We may have only one day
left of existence.
On the plus side,
you won’t need to worry
about your overdue
library books.

My cookbook, Following Good Food Around the World, with its 180 wonderful recipes, my newest novel, Do Lutheran Hunks Eat Mushrooms, a hilarious apocalyptic thriller, and all my other books, are available on amazon.com.
