I can honestly say that I am innocent of this particular breach of etiquette. I only go to McDonald’s for the coffee, and I go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and/or a muffin. I know which muffins I like, and can see them in the display behind the counter. The only question I might have to ask is, “Do you have this (coffee in a bag) in whole bean?”
